The Everett Resort, originally built in 1896 and listed on the National Register of Historical Places, was purchased in June of 2018 and has undergone extensive renovation with the new owners taking special care to honor and retain as much of each buildings’ original structure and character while at the same time, providing guests with all new and modern amenities. The Everett Resort, once a thriving and popular Eagle River vacation destination will take its place once again as one of Eagle River’s premiere vacation rental resorts transformed and revived as simply, The Everett.

The Everett sits majestically upon 6 acres of pine tree laden land on the Everett Peninsula in Eagle River, Wisconsin. The Everett Peninsula separates Catfish Lake, the largest lake on the Eagle River chain of 28 lakes from Cranberry Lake, the 2nd largest lake on the Eagle River chain of lakes. The Everett resort property boasts 350 square feet of breathtaking, gently sloping shoreline complete with its own private sand beach, 5 private piers, and a vintage over the water boathouse. The Everett is also home to the iconic Marina Bar which is now open to the public for the first time in over 25 years!

With Phase I of The Everett resort renovation almost complete, The Everett now has the ability to offer guests a collection of vacation rental options that vary in size and occupancy from The Lodge at The Everett, the resort’s premiere flagship offering which sleeps 38 or The Gables at The Everett, a 2-story rustic log cabin that sleeps 20 to The Eisenhower at The Everett, a quaint and charming cottage that sleeps 10, The Clubhouse at The Everett that sleeps 11 and The Morey at The Everett that sleeps 4. All vacation rentals in The Everett Collection are individually decorated with their own uniquely vintage style and decor. The Everett now has its own on-site Food Truck! Enjoy great tasting appetizers and delicious entrees ranging from burgers to seared Ahi Tuna steaks and everything in between! The Menu will be posted shortly, keep checking back in on our website for menu details and Food Truck hours of operation.


The Marina Bar is a “Must See” whether or not you are a guest staying at The Everett. The Marina Bar, originally built in 1910, operates upon The Everett resort property nestled directly upon the shoreline of beautiful Catfish Lake. The Marina Bar can be accessed by boat, by car or simply on foot. The iconic Marina Bar is a historical and beloved landmark for many Eagle River and surrounding area residents. The Marina Bar is now open to the public for the first time in 25 years! Come by boat, Come by car, either way, Welcome to the Marina Bar!


Beach opens at dawn and closes at dusk. Adult supervision required for anyone under the age of 12.


Rent a Pontoon Boat or a Paddleboard from St. Germain Boat Rentals. Items are limited and rented on a first come first serve basis. Contact St. Germain Boat Rentals at (920) 639-3590 to reserve your pontoon or paddleboard now!


Grab a cold beverage and head outdoors to the outdoor covered grill area to prepare lunch or dinner while enjoying the beautiful North Woods with the beach, piers and shoreline right in front of you.


The pier northeast of the sandy beach is 12 ft wide and has built-in seating. This is a great place to view stunning sunsets over Catfish Lake,


Snag a hammock before somebody else gets it and nap or read a book in the shade of the tall red pine trees
