How do I book with you?

Email info@theeverett.net or call 715-525-9214 to book. We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to book and that you sign our vacation rental agreement. Your remaining balance is due within 90 days of your stay. If you are booking within 90 days of your stay then 100% of the rental fee is due. We require to have a credit card and license number on file. You must be 25 years old to book.

Are towels included in your rentals?

No, towels are not included. Please bring your own. 

We highly recommend you rent a boat from us to have during your stay. 

The Lodge and The Clubhouse are the most accessible. Our other units are accessible but have stairs to enter. The Gables upstairs unit is the least accessible.

We usually rent it out for weddings/events. If you would like Sunroom access for family game night, a birthday party, shower or a less formal event please ask us ahead of time and we will try to arrange that. There may be an additional fee depending on the scope. 

Most of our guests can park right in front of their unit. Please keep in mind, Live Music Thursdays at our Marina Bar usually fills our parking lots. 

Yes, it is a public bar. It is a particularly popular spot on Thursdays during our Live Music Thursday and Saturday events which happens throughout the summer. Minors are allowed in the bar with their parents until 9:00 PM unless it is a live music Thursday/Saturday in which case it is 21+ after 5PM. We do ID checks.

Can anyone use your beach?

No. Our private beach is only for people renting our cabins. 

Can I bring my dog?

Yes, but please let us know how many dogs and breeds ahead of time. If your dog is particularly unnerved when you leave and barks a lot, we will ask that they stay at home to avoid disturbing other guests. No other pets or animals are allowed. 

Can anyone use your fire pits?

Yes. They are first come, first serve.
